IEEE Official Conference Templates
All papers must adhere strictly to IEEE conference formatting specifications. Submissions failing to conform to template requirements may be returned without review.
Author Guidelines
Manuscript Format & Length
- check_circlePapers must be written in English and prepared in standard IEEE two-column conference format.
- check_circleMaximum paper length is 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- check_circleUp to 2 additional pages are permitted subject to an extra page charge.
- check_circleFiles must be submitted in PDF format only (maximum file size: 10 MB).
Originality & Plagiarism Policy
- check_circleOnly original papers that have not been published or submitted elsewhere will be considered.
- check_circleAll submitted manuscripts will undergo rigorous plagiarism checking (e.g. Turnitin / CrossCheck).
- check_circleSimilarity index must be strictly below 20-25% excluding bibliography.
- check_circleDual submissions or unethical academic conduct will result in immediate rejection.
Peer-Review Process
- check_circleAll papers will undergo rigorous peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers.
- check_circleReview criteria include technical originality, scientific rigor, methodology, relevance, and presentation clarity.
- check_circleAuthors of accepted papers will receive reviewer comments and are required to address them in the camera-ready version.
Publication & IEEE Xplore Policy
- check_circleAll accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- check_circleAt least one author of each accepted paper must complete Full Author Registration and present the paper at the conference.
- check_circlePapers not presented at the conference ('no-show') will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Online Submission via Microsoft CMT
Papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT conference management portal. Authors will need an active Microsoft CMT account to submit their manuscripts.
Prepare Manuscript
Format your paper according to the IEEE 2-column conference template (maximum 6 pages, PDF format).
Access CMT Portal
Log into Microsoft CMT, select IEEE SANKALP 2027, and create a new submission under your chosen track.
Upload & Confirm
Enter author metadata, select subject areas, upload your PDF, and confirm submission receipt before the deadline.
