Submission Guidelines
This page is prepared in the usual IEEE-style conference website structure. The final submission system, paper length, review mode and publication requirements should be confirmed by the conference organizing committee and IEEE approval process.
Authors should prepare papers using the approved IEEE conference template after the official submission instructions are released.
Submitted work should be original, unpublished and not under simultaneous review elsewhere.
Accepted papers are expected to be registered and presented by at least one author, subject to the final conference and IEEE publication policies.
